The Green Business Norway Innovation Program is a result of 2 years of cooperation with the Arena Program and their Environment & Energy project. The program is a key element in a joint effort to realise the Green Business Norway vision - to become the most innovative group of companies in Environment & Energy Technology in Norway. The program is developed in close cooperation with Innovation Performance AS. Innovation Performance is responsible for the research based content of the program and the Innovation assessment tools used.
This Innovation Program- focusing on best innovation practices is targeted at member companies with ambitions to increase their capability to deliver great new products and/or conquer new segments of the global marketplace.
Innovation Program - Best practices contains:
- A joint program where two or more participants from each company attend a quarterly 4 hour workshop. Each participant get an Innovation AS-IS scorecard to help identify innovation resource spending, results and the weak and strong practices areas. The member companies then exchange best practices and cooperate to implement world class innovation tools and practices. The program is an 18 month effort, finishing in November 2006 with a new AS-IS assessment to track program results.
- An individual program for each participating company to assist them throughout an internal project to improve innovation practices identified through the participation in the joint program. The joint Innovation Program participant can enter an individual program whenever they feel the timing is right to start an internal improvement process.
Et individuelt program for den enkelte bedrift for å arbeide med de forbedringsmulighetene bedriften får analysert gjennom fellesprogrammet. Bedriften velger selv om og når man ønsker å starte på det individuelle programmet.
